Project description

The design of this zero-energy commercial property is based on the ‘ruwbouw=afbouw’ principle (construction=reduction). This means, that activities that might be harmful to the environment such as painting and plastering, are kept to a minimum. Moreover, this office is the first in Veldhoven that has no gas fitting. The ceilings are fitted with planed Siberian larch cladding. An excellent choice, as this wood is a very durable timber.
