Eve Architects from Nijverdal designed an exclusive villa neighbourhood with a total of 39 houses. The multitude of differences in architecture and look and feel make this an extraordinary location. There is a lot of space for public green areas that take into account existing tree structures. The classic black coal tar look is achieved by seasoning the wood twice and treating it with an environmentally-friendly UV-resistant black stain.
