Project description

This small-scale project consists of four unique and sustainable homes, all ranging in size, and a communal edible garden with walnut, apple and pear trees, amongst other things. Hence the project name ‘de Proeverij’ (‘the Tasting’). The houses are arranged in such a way that the privacy of each resident is guaranteed. The sleek facades are lined with untreated Lunawood. This wood is preserved and will naturally age over time. The frames are finished in a dark grey colour, which makes for a nice contrast.
